By accessing or using Cantaloupe's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Cantaloupe provides a subscription-based delivery service for household essentials in select areas of Brooklyn, New York. We deliver products on a recurring basis according to your chosen frequency.

Eligibility and Service Area

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• Service is currently available only in ZIP code 11238 (Prospect Heights, Brooklyn)
• Your building must be within our delivery zone
• We reserve the right to modify our service area at any time

Subscription Terms

Billing

• You will be charged when items are due for delivery based on their individual frequencies
• Prices include product cost; sales tax and processing fees are itemized separately
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe

Modifications

• You can modify item quantities and frequencies from your dashboard
• You can skip individual deliveries
• You can add or remove items from your subscription at any time

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Delivery

• Deliveries are made on your building's designated delivery day
• Delivery is free for all subscription orders
• Orders are left at your door or with your building's receiving area
• We are not responsible for items after they have been delivered to the designated location

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cantaloupe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
