How shipping & delivery work

Free delivery

On every subscription order. No minimums, no fees.

Service area

Select apartment buildings in ZIP 11238 (Prospect Heights, Brooklyn).

First delivery

Same day if you order before 3pm, next day after. Then onto your building's weekly day.

Drop-off

At your apartment door or your building's designated receiving area.

Estimated delivery time

Your first order ships same-day or next-day. We don't make you wait until your building's delivery day to receive your first box — we hand-deliver it so you can start using it right away. After that, every subsequent delivery lands on your building's fixed weekly day.

Need it sooner? Text us at (516) 636-4552 and we'll drop it off as soon as we can — we're a hyper-local Brooklyn team, so ASAP usually means within hours.

After your first delivery, subsequent deliveries arrive on your building's weekly delivery day at the cadence you chose at checkout (every 1, 2, or 4 weeks). You can skip, pause, or change any upcoming delivery from your dashboard up until midnight the night before.

Where we deliver

Cantaloupe currently serves select apartment buildings in ZIP code 11238 (Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, NY). Every subscribing customer lives in a building that is on our delivery route. We grow neighborhood-by-neighborhood — if your building isn't supported yet, you'll see a waitlist option when you enter your address.

We do not currently ship nationwide or internationally. We're a hyper-local service by design — that's how we keep delivery free.

How a delivery works

  1. 1Your first order ships same-day (before 3pm) or next-day so you can start using it right away. Each building also has a designated weekly delivery day for ongoing orders — you'll see yours as soon as your address is confirmed.
  2. 2The evening before, we'll email you a summary of what's arriving so nothing is a surprise.
  3. 3Your items are dropped off at your door (or at your building's receiving area, if you've selected that). No signature required.
  4. 4You can skip, pause, or change any upcoming delivery until the cutoff (midnight the night before) from your dashboard.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free on every subscription order. There are no order minimums, no per-delivery fees, and no membership fees. The only charges at checkout are the product prices, NYC sales tax (8.875%), and standard payment processing fees.

If something goes wrong

Missing or damaged item? Email us at hello@getcantaloupe.com within 7 days of your delivery day. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method (5–10 business days) or ship a replacement on the next delivery — your choice.

Package went missing? Most drop-offs are inside secure apartment buildings, but if your order can't be found, we'll re-send it once at no cost. Repeated losses at the same address may require us to switch to the building's receiving area.

Traveling or moving? Skip any upcoming delivery from your dashboard. If you're moving out of our service area, cancel anytime — no fees, no questions.
